Having plied the trade for many years, quietly building a reputation for himself over the years, now The Revenge is stepping proceedings up a notch or two, and he has retaken the scene by storm. Making his Garden Festival debut in July 2010 is one of the many highlights to savour.

Scotland’s The Revenge star is right in the ascendency, having had a meteoric 2009 which has led him full pelt into the new year, with gigs booked in as far ahead as later summer! With a sterling Resident Advisor podcast under his belt, numerous remixes, re-edits and tunes of his own he has become something of a disco devil, straddling deep, vocal and jumpin’ elements of the genre, all infused with a uniqueness of his very own… Graeme began producing in his early teenage years, making a skewed blend of electronic music using a couple of his dad’s old drum machines and a sampler. Influenced by his parent’s collection of rock, soul and funk as well as eighties daytime radio and the burgeoning rave scene, he began the process of dissecting and re-imagining the music, starting the epic journey which has led him where he is today. Productions for his own labels Instruments Of Rapture, Five20East and his DJ edits for L.E.S.S. Productions have had across-the-board support from scene heavyweights including Danny Krivit, Jimpster, Radio Slave, Prins Thomas and many more.

Support come from Nick Shaw and Ed Cotton.

“The tour has gone really well so far,” Nick Colgan, one of the Garden Festival’s directors. “We’ve had some great European shows, the London launch went really well and now we’re in the home straight with a run of four UK gigs. It’s really exciting getting to spread the word in the UK and Europe a bit more, meeting people who have already been out to Croatia of those planning on come for this first time in 2010.”
