First 6 weeks' line-ups announced at matter

Newcomer to the capital's club scene - matter - has revealed who is on the bill for the first six weeks from opening.

Located in the O2, the people at matter have pulled out all the stops to make sure there's something for all tastes during the maiden months.

First up at the London nightspot will be UNKLE, Late of the Pier and Iglu & Hartley for the club's Live Launch on September 19th. The following evening will be the Club Launch night, featuring three-deck legend Carl Cox.

Other highlights at the 2,600 capacity venue include anniversary parties for Bedrock and Moshi Moshi Records, as well as appearances from Parisian disco rockers Justice, British electro merchants Simian Mobile Disco, DFA's James Murphy and the highly tipped Deadmau5.

Tickets for the opening party go on sale on September 14th.
