These are the sort of solid UK house sounds not presented elsewhere in Leeds, and so once again show Filth up to be a forward thinking promotion who’s only concern is to get their punters dancing. and dance they will: One of the UK’s most exciting new producers/DJs, Dave Spoon has recently landed himself a show on Radio 1 and has had support from the likes of Pete Tong and Roger Sanchez since he signed for Toolroom in 2004.
From filthy funk to energising electro via rolling techno and good ol’ fashioned house music on labels such as Toolroom, Nervous, Kinky Vinyl, SR2 and Sunday Best
Next guest Richard Dinsdale is an assured production and DJing talent. He’s played at the finest places all over the world and whether it’s one of his sets or one of his productions (think electro-jack anthem 'Crunch' or his sonorous slice of sonic seduction 'Your Mind') you’re lost in, you won’t be rushing to find a way out.
The always on-point residents also get in on the act and will maximise the potential of one of the country’s finest sounds systems in Mint’s Funktion One. The spare décor of the futuristic club allows the clubbers and music to take centre stage and add the colour, and boy will they do that…
