The UK hip hop star - who has topped the singles chart with Dance Wiv Me for the last three weeks - will headline the under 18s only event alongside the likes of Foals, The Rascals and Florence & The Machine.
Other acts scheduled to take part in the festival - on Friday August 8th at Victoria Park, London - include Operator Please, The Horrors and Bonde Do Role.
Meanwhile, The Ting Tings have announced that they have agreed to work with Dizzee on a joint project later this year.
The Salford band met Dizzee backstage at Glastonbury last month and the duo agreed to collaborate on a future project with the grime star.
Dizzee has previously collaborated with the Arctic Monkeys on the track Temptation Greets You Like Your Naughty Friend.
