Celebrated Chinese restaurant comes to London

15th May 2008

Famed Chinese restaurant Min Jiang is hoping it can become one of the best restaurants in London when it opens new dinning rooms in the capital later this year.

There are currently two Min Jiang restaurants in Singapore, at the Goodwood Park Hotel and Min Jiang One North at Rochester Park.

The company is now hoping to bring its success to the UK and plans to open a new restaurant in London in June or July.

The dinning room will be situated on the top floor of one of the top hotels in London, the Royal Garden hotel in Kensington.

With views over Kensington Gardens, it is believed the restaurant will boast around 100 covers, a bar and a private dinning area.

According to the hotel, the London restaurant will offer "authentic Chinese cuisine in stylish surroundings, with lunch and dinner services provided seven days a week".

It added: "The menu will also include Dim Sum, available at lunch time, with the house speciality of an authentic Beijing Duck cooked in a wood burning duck oven, a striking feature of the new restaurant."
