Responsible for some of the biggest selling R&B ballads of all time, Boyz II Men set the bar for vocal groups around the world. The American three-piece broke the mould in the 90s when they smashed records and sold over 60 million albums worldwide. On Saturday 9th May they make their way to Manchester Academy to perform with a live band for the first time in the UK.
Boyz II Men have broken records set only by The Beatles and Elvis Presley, including replacing themselves at the number one spot on the Billboard chart. It's a legacy which is reinforced by their unparalleled stage presence and smooth harmonies when they perform live.
They have also secured an array of Grammy Awards under their belt, including a gong for Best R&B Album. Some of their most recognisable slow jams include the irresistible number one 'I'll Make Love To You' (listen above) and 'One Sweet Day' with Mariah Carey.
