Asylum announces line up for Cocoon Halloween party

Vath will head up the Cocoon showcase at the abandoned Asylum, with Booka Shade topping the afterparty bill.

Freeze and Cream's clubbing collaboration at Newsham Park's gruesome Asylum location has revealed the line up which will top the bill at the Halloween Cocoon showcase.

Cocoon's overlord Sven Vath - who we recently witnessed in Ibiza - will take centre stage at the abandoned mental hospital, bringing his inimitable brand of melodic and fierce techno to the fore (watch him in action below).

He'll be joined by French tyro Popof, Hungarian chanteuse Dana Ruh and German groove merchant Einzelkind for a cosmopolitan selection of the best in the current house and techno scene. Freeze and Cream's resident par excellence Jemmy will fly the flag for the UK.

Details have also ben released of the afterparty at Nation, with Booka Shade to be joined by as of yet unannounced guests for those wanting to carry the gruesome hedonism on for longer. The one ticket includes entry to both the main event and the after party.
