Alicia Keys' studio confusion
Alicia Keys is always surprised when her finished songs don't sound the way she had envisaged.

The 'No One' singer - who has collected nine Grammy Awards over the years - said she still doesn't understand the song-writing process.
The 28-year-old star said: "Music is funny. I shouldn't even ever talk about music, because you can have all the ideas in your head, and it never goes exactly the way that you think it's gonna go.
"I've never stepped in the studio one time and knew what I was doing - ever. Every time I come back in the studio I don't know how to write a song again.
"Did Stevie Wonder say, 'I know exactly the song I'm gonna write', or did it just happen? I think that's the beauty of music - that you don't know how it's gonna come together."
Alicia also said it was only through listening to her mother's jazz collection as a child that she got interested in music.
She told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: "We got raptured in it. We'd just play it - A-side, B-side, A-side, B-side - to the point where my mother would be, like, 'Can you just shut it off?'
"Her tastes grew to take in Curtis Mayfield, Donny Hathaway and Nina Simone... when I discovered her I couldn't believe it! I was like, 'Oh my goodness! She plays classical piano! And she sings jazz!' She was the first person that I could identify with."
