Albert Hall launch Transmission in January 2015
The spectacular Manchester venue will throw two parties in late January to kick start a 20 event run, with Steve Lawler and David Rodigan leading the charge.

The Albert Hall in Manchester is one of the country's most eye popping venues, a breathtaking concert hall style venue that really is the dog's danglies when it comes to experiencing electronic music.
This year alone it's been the venue for the likes of Gareth Emery, Marco Carola and Sven Vath (who plays tonight), and January 2015 sees the venue launch a 20 event programme called Transmission, with a bumper opening weekend on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th January.
The first edition sees David Rodigan and his Ramjam party take centre stage, with the legendary reggae and dancehall DJ joined by Shy FX, DJ Hype, Mike Skinner (who we spoke to recently), Toddla T and more - tickets for that here.
24 hours later and the rough and ready bass and reggae sounds are swapped for slick house and techno, with Steve Lalwer's VIVa Warriors imprint welcoming Ame, Derrick Carter and Detlef alongside Lawler himself (listen to CVarter in visceral form above at the Social in Chicago). The remaining dates on the schedule will be announced on Sunday 7th December, but Emery will be returning on Valentines Day for an exclusive six hour open to close set, with second room support from Alex M.O.R.P.H., Jorn van Deynhoven, Sied van Riel and more - further details here.
