There are now just three months to go until the first 3 For 5 event, which will be held on Friday 19 August.

Taking place in the 150-capacity Victoria Inn in Derby, over ten percent of tickets for 3 For 5 have already been sold or reserved - with the majority of remaining tickets now on sale on Skiddle.

The event will be headlined by STU WHISTON and his full live band. Stu's catchy, anthemic brand of indie rock has already received regular support from BBC Introducing, while also landing him plays on Kerrang! Radio. After tour dates with Deco and Hidden Charms, as well as sold out shows in Stoke and Manchester, Stu is currently in the studio recording the follow-up to his 'Take A Stride' EP. His 3 For 5 headline spot is your chance to see him in an intimate, rock and roll venue before his popularity grows.

Also on the bill are LAURENCE PENNA and WILL CRUDDACE. Laurence has racked up thousands of social media plays for his engaging original tracks and covers of indie classics by the likes of Kasabian and The Libertines, and he is headlining The Victoria Inn in his own right in July - meaning his presence on the 3 For 5 line up makes it even more impressive. Will, meanwhile, has been described as a "21st-century one man brand" with his loop pedal and heartfelt, versatile vocals. Taking influences from Ed Sheeran and Raleigh Ritchie, expect top class songwriting and unique versions from Will's performance.

The event has received attention and support on social media from artists such as For The Girl, The Flavells and even indie heroes Reverend and the Makers. With buzz building around 3 For 5, it is seeming more and more likely that the atmosphere on the night itself will be electric.

Ultimately, though, 3 For 5 will be as good as its audience make it - tickets for 19 August's 3 For 5 gig are on sale on Skiddle now, so make sure you don't miss out on a varied, impressive line up and what is bound to be a top night!
