This is the eighth year of The Garden Show in Spring at Firle Place ? The perfect time to plot and plan for the year ahead: specialist growers guiding one to the right plant for your garden and the right place in the garden to plant. Plenty of garden related gifts, artisan work, craft and home products, garden furniture, sundries and the most delicious country foods.

Firle Arts & Craft Market will again be held in the beautiful Old Georgian Riding School showcasing local art and design work. There is The Fabulous Flower Festival and ?Herbal & Healthy? refreshments in St Peters Church (rumour has it there will even be sheep and lambs in the Church!)On the Saturday. Peter Owen-Jones, Firle?s parish priest, author and television presenter will be giving a talk about his latest book ?Pathlands? which follows his pilgrim walks around the British mainland. Peter is also planning a ?Fantastical Pirate Treasure Hunt? for younger visitors in the church yard also on Saturday!

There are plenty of activities on site to keep all the family occupied: face painting, craft activities for all, the funfair, jester juggling, storytelling, puppet and magic shows. The Jazz Trio will wander the gardens delighting all with their evocative songs and music whilst Huxley Birds of Prey will thrill the crowds. All this and so much more.
