Returning to Liverpool clubbing hotspot The Garage on Saturday November 29th will be Rubix, who celebrate their two year birthday with guest slots from Marco Faraone and Wade.

In it's two year tenure, Rubix has become an essential destination for house and techno heads in the North of England. With past guests including the likes of Mendo, Martin Buttrich, Stacey Pullen and Technasia, Rubix top booking policy has brought the finest sounds from Berlin to Detroit, to Liverpool. So with this its second birthday, we can expect equally great things.

Marco Faraone sits at the top of the bill. The prolific Italian producer has been a regular feature on some of techno and house music's most celebrated imprints.

With instalments for Cecille, Drumcode, Get Physical, Desolat and Sci+Tec, the Faraone sound has traversed rolling, vocal led groovy dancefloor cuts through to banging, no holds barred techno, as can be witnessed in his set at Egg London above. This is a guy you want at the helm of a birthday party, that's for damn sure.

He will be joined by young Seville based producer and DJ Wade, who will be delivering the kind of groove laden, beastly workouts that have stood him in good stead with imprints like Moan, Suara and Kiara.

Alongside the top notch beats will be a few birthday bonuses in the shape of a free pop up party with complimentary pizza, beers and more essential party snacking, as well as a few exclusive mixes from the headliners. There's more to be announced too, but for the moment Rubix are keeping those under wraps. Grab your tickets here.
