The Vincent is ready to challenge Liverpool's best hotels

The Vincent will look to complete with the best hotels in Liverpool when it opens later this month.

Located just 16 miles north of Liverpool in the town of Southport, the Vincent plans to "redefine the concept of a cool English seaside hotel" when it opens at the end of May.

The owners revealed that the hotel will feature 60 guest studios, residences and penthouses and that the design has been carefully planned to make sure the Vincent can compete with the best hotels in Liverpool.

Restaurateur Paul Adams revealed that he decided that Liverpool and the north-west coast lacked "an upscale venue with lasting appeal". He created the Vincent to fill the gap.

As well as the luxury rooms, the hotel boasts include a bar named after the international fashion photographer Tony McGee and a deli and cafe which is designed to become "a social hub for hotel guests and locals alike".

Visitors hoping to experience Liverpool's famous nightlife will be pleased to note that the hotel also operates an executive car fleet service to transport guests to their chosen destination.
