It's impossible to separate the term legend with the name Carl Cox. Since the dawn of acid house his fearsome DJing reputation and mile wild grin have dominated clubland, as his peerless journeys through house, techno and much more have set the barometer for what a DJ set should represent.

He's been synonymous with the white isle since the late eighties, and for over ten years his own branded party every Tuesday at Space has been one of the biggest draws on the island, cutting across the board for electronic excellence. Watch him above brutally slaying the Discoteca in the club last year above for an example of how he rules the roost.

This year the heavyweights once again return in force, with the first four events already announced. Fancy slamming techno? Umek, Adam Beyer and Laurent Garnier can deliver that. US house from the masters? Step forward Todd Terry and Danny Tenaglia. Even some rough and ready bass music will be making an appearance with a DJ set form chart toppers Rudimental.

The opening party sees Coxy playing a marathon ten hour set on the 24th June, joined by Tenaglia and Uner, with a further twelve dates culminating in the closing party on Tuesday 23rd September. Head here for more details, and join the group to keep on top of all Carl Cox related news.
