Wireless spin-off acts revealed

Details about who will be playing at the inaugural O2 Wireless Weekenders have been released.

The events, set to take place at venues across Bristol, Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow in May, are a spin off from London's O2 Wireless Festival.

So far, Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip, Sam Sparro and The Rascals are all line up to play in venues around Newcastle on May 2nd.

Sam Sparro is also due to play in Manchester, as are We Are Scientists and Young Knives.

Gigs in Birmingham will feature Does It Offend You Yeah?, Scouting for Girls and Sam Sparro.

In Bristol, Reverend And The Makers are going to end the event.

People wanting to know what's on in London should note that Jay-Z, Fatboy Slim, Morrissey and Counting Crows have previously been announced as the headliners for the O2 Wireless Festival, set to take place in Hyde Park between July 3rd and July 6th.ADNFCR-1603-ID-18549560-ADNFCR
