We were first assigned to a basement room without a window and a broken radiator. We asked for another room w. window and got one on 2nd floor. It was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The only thing I would like to point out is some of the staff at front desk were not service oriented. Example: I asked if there was a pizza restaurant in the street nearby the answer I got was "I have no idea". Read more...
