Well we are all packed, camping stuff all looked at and ready to load in the car and just to get the food/drink shopping tomorrow night.

Packed the van last weekend, totally loaded with only the perishable food to pack....van blows a water hose...engine has overheated...need lots of bits for it...Glasgow fair holiday...suppliers all closed...nightmare!

Just aboot! Everyting looked out and some stuff in the car already.

Got a cake to bake today and decorate tomorrow then I'll be sorted! (Only now it might be a pavlova she wants!)

Just need to try and get to sleep next 2 nights as excitment has kicked in already!!!

Cleaned out the car on Sunday, as it smelt, and looked like the bottom of a wheely bin after months of neglect and a trip to conrwall.

We're just about ready. had to get some new airbeds and some gas but the main thing to wade through has been the band's websites, making a list of who I really want to see. Nearly done though and for anyone who's interested and doesn't know, Hugh Cornwall has a free album for download on his site, listened to it briefly - need to hear it a few more before I decide what the score is.

I downloaded it and listened to it last night. Not overly impressed (being kind). Might have to hear it a few more times before final decision to delete it!

Camper gear linkage decided to refuse entry to reverse gear. Can get it if I jump out and snap it into place under bonnet so problem solved. If your stuck behinds a big green talbot express stopped in the middle of the road it should hopefully be for a couple of minutes... other than that I'm about ready to rock.. see you all there and remember ...

gonna go air oot my tent in the park today seeing as its sunny. then nip down to asda - strongbow is on offer 18 can for £11.99!!! then after that just bits and bobs to sort oot and then im set!

Quality deal, although Asda are also doing 18 cans of carlsberg for £8. I almost collapsed in the aisle.

Also camping chairs with beer can holder for £5.95.

So to recap 18 cans of beer, seating apparatus and a cup holder all for £13.95.

anyone know where i can get pear cider cheap? i know asda sell koparberg (wich is the best) but not sure how much it is!
