Re: Anyone using Sat Nav to get to the site ? DG6 4QW is the postcode. Just fire that into the satnav and you'll end up in Norwich.

Re: Anyone using Sat Nav to get to the site ? Don't trust satnav - just drive at Dumfries, then towards Kircudbright, and look for campervans full of cushions and overloaded superminis :)

i dunno, the druids of the past would be turning in their graves at our festival antics of today... "i am great lord macwyddyon, i seek the vale of afalon for myself and my clann to attend the great festival of the tor" "rightyou are then boy, take the third exit off the a4 at bath or if you gotta GPS 349300,139700" "erm, okay, erm... merry meet..."

Re: Anyone using Sat Nav to get to the site ? The postcode is DG6 4QW as already pointed out which roughly translates to Lat: 54.822671N Long: 3.939013W which is what sat nav often uses. That however is the farm, ie jamies house so you dont want to go exactly there, however if you miss the festival on the drive past then you really shouldnt be driving.

Re: Anyone using Sat Nav to get to the site ? hanging around dumfries and then following any cars with very low back suspension and a proliferation of ruck sacks and people looking shady in the back also is a good start...

Re: Anyone using Sat Nav to get to the site ? AA route planner, put in your postcode then the wickerman postcode and it takes you right there. But my car knows the way by heart as it's been there enough times. Best thing is it knows the way home to.

Re: Anyone using Sat Nav to get to the site ? I prefer the ZEN method of navigation, just find a car that looks like it knows where it's going and follow it... I very rarely get where I set out to go but usually arrive somewhere interesting anyway Douglas Adams (sometime in the 80s)
