Re: Countdown to the Fest blog. I would reccomend the toilets to anyone. A portaloo, ie festival toilet is a plastic hole with a tank at the bottom. The posh toilets is a trailer, full of cubicles, with flushing water as if you were at home.

Re: Countdown to the Fest blog. I don't think a ned would pay £5 for comfartable crapper. They just store things in their tracky bottoms.

Re: Countdown to the Fest blog. Can you resolve the question that was discussed some weeks ago? We're coming from Sheffield, 3 families, one family in a van, 2 in tents, loads of kids looking forwards to this for months. Can we be together? Is there a way that this could be done, ie the 2 tents buying a camper van ticket? Or anything? Jx

Re: Countdown to the Fest blog. The festival have said no tents in the campervan field due to health and safety so that's the only answer we can give I'm afraid!

Camper Van Field Ben. This is going to cause me a lot of trouble, and I suspect I won't be alone. We have a camper van and a tent for the kids, are you suggesting that the kids sleep in a seperate field? They are 10, 7 and 2 by the way. Peter.

Hey man I'm afraid you're opening a can of worms on this again, this has been done to death here http://www.skiddle.com/groups/wickerman/comments/1 14275.html and here http://www.skiddle.com/groups/wickerman/commen ts/113403.html I'll admit to being a bit p***** off (and that's putting it mildly!) about this but had to bite the bullet and decided rather than stay annoyed and have it ruin the weekend I'd buy an awning for my van, it's a freestanding number and has increased the sleeping capacity of the van by 3, I've actually used it a couple of times already and think it's fantastic so dont feel too aggrieved about the whole thing now, have a read thru the posts I linked and you'll see what I mean about the can of worms!
