Re: Phone charger

Or buy an in-car charger and find a pal that will let you drain their battery.

Re: Phone charger

Spare batteries on ebay for a couple quid is what I do.

Also a small charger from asda for £2 that takes 3 AA batteries works.

John, some people need to take a phone for getting in touch with people back home for various reasons

Re: Phone charger

If you struggle with signal, vodafone is by far the best with orange a close second, the carphone warehouse now have an orange phone for sale for £5 (if you put on £10 credit) so why not have a festival phone, total cost £15 if u lose it, good signal etc. You dont need everyones numbers, just the ones u need whilst away.

Another note though, make a plan to meet if you do get seperated. We used to say on the next hour at such and such a point, such as a tap, meeting point, particular stall etc.

Re: Phone charger

Another small piece of phone advice, vodafone offer a 'family' for £5 a month, everyone within that family gets free calls all of the time to each other. Again you can get a PAYG vodafone for around £20, which if all ur friends have them then calls to each other are free. (Well 4 of you)
