Have you printed your wickerman tickets yet? | |
| Have you printed your wickerman tickets yet? Hi This is a quick (but important!) reminder from Skiddle about your Wickerman eTickets for this year's festival. As barcoded eTickets are relatively new to most people, we thought we'd drop you a quick email to ensure you are very clear on how the system works and what you need to do! It's very simple, here is what you need to have done by the time you arrive at the festival: 1) When you ordered the tickets, you would have received a confirmation email containing your order reference number. Shortly after, a seperate email ("Your eTickets for order xxxxx") will have arrived with clear instructions on how to pick-up your tickets 2) Please follow the link in the second email, you will be asked to verify yourself by entering the last 4-digits of your card number 3) A page will then be presented with your personalised eTickets. There will be a seperate ticket to print for each seperate ticket you have purchased, each with its own barcode number. You can return to this page at any time, so don't worry if you can't print them straight away. 4) Please print each ticket seperately and take with you to the festival. If you're going with friends, you can give them their tickets to carry. We also recommend you bring along some form of ID, incase we need to ask you to prove who you are incase of difficulties: this might be a driving license, bank card, NUS card, proof of age card, passport, etc (we can only liase with the person who booked the tickets) ---IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER:--- * YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY WITH JUST YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT so please do not try! You need a print-out of your barcoded ticket. * If you pass the ticket to someone else or make photocopies of the ticket, ONLY ONE ENTRY will be permitted at the event, so please save any embarassment and keep the tickets safe * Please ensure you've printed EACH TICKET SEPERATELY (each will have a unique barcode - the first and last parts of the barcode are similar though) - don't print the same ticket multiple times as you will only be able to get in once with each ticket, requiring you to purchase more tickets for the rest of your party! * Some computers don't have enough cache (memory) to open the ticket and display on-screen at once. In this case, please right-click the download link and when prompted, save the file to your computer desktop before opening. ---FURTHER HELP--- If you're experiencing any difficulties, please firstly visit our FAQs section, which lists all the frequently asked questions with regards to Wickerman tickets.
