It should be absolutely fine, just give him the ticket to print off and take along

Obviously if there was a problem (such as he photocopied his ticket and have a copy to all his mates, or lost his ticket, etc) then we'd need to speak to you as you placed the order.

The only way someone could 'nick a ticket' is if you photocopied the ticket and gave it to someone.

If that's the case then yes, you may have problems but this would really be your own fault as we do state very clearly "please treat this ticket as cash and do not make copies"

Guys, these questions have all been answered before so it might be worth you hitting the 'search' link at the top of the Chat page to find lots of answers!

Ok I know you said these have all been asked before (so sorry for being a bore), but I've just put in down n dirty into search thing and nothing's came up. The reason I'm a wee bit worried is cos benskiddle, you said you can buy showers at the event. Does that mean pay as you go, or is it the same set up as last year, except you buy your wrist band when you get there? It's not the showers I'm worried about, its the toilets. Like many, Ive got three kids, and there is no way I can let them use the normal portaloos - probably kill them! Were turning up as soon as the gates open to (hopefully) guarantee getting our down n dirty tickets.

you guys all seem pretty clued up on this festival. a quick question may sound daft to you all. does in matter how big our tent is. its a six man tent so its pretty big . there is only the 2 of us but its our only tent .what do you think

if you there early mate i think if there is enough space in the campsite you coulld put up a marquee

You dont need the bank card at the gate. Any form of ID will be accetable, and this will only be needed should there be a problem with the ticket

I've never got tickets this way before so it feels a little odd to get it via email and just print it myself!! However i've done so and am treating it like cash or a real ticket. New things like this on the web do make me anxious though, its my age i think! Lets hope its a good trouble free way of opperating ;-)

We use this system for a number of clubs around the UK without fail, so yes although it may feel new to you, I can promise no problems. Think of it as buying a plane ticket with easyjet.
