We've had a few people call recently because they've not been receiving emails from us when expected - nearly all from people using btconnect.com or yahoo.com email addresses.

BTConnect and Yahoo (the same company) have a notoriously strict spam filtering service, and because of this some emails have been landing in junk mail folders instead of Inboxes.

We've contacted BT/Yahoo who have agreed we're a legitimate sender and have added us to their whitelist to ensure delivery.

However, if you are experiencing any problems the easiest way to solve this is to add support@skiddle.com to your contacts list/address book as this way it bypasses all junk mail filtering.

If you need us to resend an email, just give us a call and we can do this instantly
