The european cup is nothing but a football tournament made up of teams from europe. Lets be honest about it, most of the players from Chelsi, Manchester or Liverpool are hardly from the aforementioned cities are they.

As like any major tournament, it takes a lot of planning with the first thing you choose a decent venue. You can't just decide 3 weeks before hand that it can happen at that venue.
