can anyone shed sum light...

over the weekend i wore heels for a fair few hours

and ivnow got almost permanent shin-splint-like pains down the fron of one shin

i feel like iv pulled the muscle, or maybe trapped a nerve - it hurts loads wen i move my foot round - i can hardly walk on it
it feels like the muscle is pressing against my bone kind of and a sharp pain shoots down my shin when i move my foot round/flex my toes

can anyone help?

nah diff, theyre not THAT huge, im just massiv anyway!

its really sore - i think it might b a trapt nerve - its nearly reducing me to tears! :-(
