Overall rating:
The over top security search wasn't needed. The atmosphere was slightly edgy and awkward. The drinks were over priced. But the music was bouncing

Sasha KILLED it!!
Overall rating:
Great little venue thats popped up out of nowhere! Not going to lie I dont remember much about this night at all apart from Sasha being absolutely amazing and the atmosphere being great. We ended up dragging around 15 randomers back to our house to carry on the party!! Brilliant night!

Renaissance Birmingham
Overall rating:
Sasha did turn up and played from 4am as billed... although I dont think Dave Seaman was there. Sasha did play his new stuff, i cant comment on the very end of the night as i left around 5am. The classics in room 2 were an ace blast from the past and what i thought the Renaissance birthday party should have been all about... esp the Bassheads and SunScreem quality..top sing along : ) although the sound quality was awful in the small room and not much better in the main room. Why do club promoters choose venues that are really just jumped up corrugated metal cowsheds??...the sound is usually as tinny as the roof!!!! I am a big Sasha fan from way way way back so any chance to hear him play near home is a bonus. Plus why is the dj box set back like an arena/concert hall the dj seems miles away which in my opinion somehow ruins it the dj should be much nearer to interact with the crowd. i would recommend Rennaisance but not too sure if i would recommend the Gibb st Warehouse.

Renaissance 20th Anniversary
Great venue, second room too small, not enough chill out area, it needed more seating.

Overall rating:
Quality venue, small and friendly - if a little difficult to find. Just like clubbing used to be... Already counting down to Part 2!
