BECOME A PRO PHOTOGRAPHER
If you would like to be a skiddle pro photographer, this is the place to start.
Firstly, please make yourself a 'friend' of this group using the 'friends' tab above. Once you've been approved, you will then be able to view the Chat & News tabs.
Photographers are key to our growth - you will help us spread the word about Skiddle, whilst improving your social life!
Whilst this is a voluntary position, we have loads of perks including free guestlist entry to events! For larger events this may also include VIP/press passes so you can hang with the celebs, drinks vouchers and more!
What we need from you:
- Your own digital camera (5 megapixels+)
- A computer so you can edit your photo
- Broadband to upload your photos
- Comittment - if we arrange a guestlist for you, we expect you to turn up!
- Friendly and outgoing nature - after all you'll be speaking to hundreds of new people!

* some perks require you to have taken a few photo galleries first
We ask our photographers to contact us prior to the event so we can arrange your guestlist entry. The first time you go out we may get another mor experienced photographer to join you, this way you get to learn the tricks of the trade!
We have a range of cards and wristbands that you can give out when taking photos so people know where their photos can be found!
Once you have a decent gallery, the rest of the night is for you to enjoy - and it's even more enjoyable when you've got in free (and possibly have a small troop of admirers following you around 
)
Once you've taken the photos, we ask you to run then through an image editing program (such as Photoshop, or Compupic - it doesn't need to be expensive!) to clean up the images. Then you can upload them to the galleries via our quick upload script - this automatically resizes them for you to save time!
Because people will often check their photos the next day, we ask that your pics are uploaded within 24 hours of the event.

Photographers who regularly contribute will be eligible for all sorts of great perks - including tickets to summer festivals (usually +1), even events abroad such as Ibiza clubs.
The more photos you submit, the higher rating you will get:
