Ultra Music Festival 2014 – the world's premier dance music event – returns to Croatia from 11th-13th July 2014 for Ultra Europe. Taking place in the city of Split (11th & 12th July) and the island of Hvar (13th July) for only the second time, Ultra follows through on its promise to hold Ultra Europe exclusively in Croatia for the next four years.
Ultra's eagerly awaited return to Croatia looks to stick to it's philosophy of being bigger, better, and more flashy than any other festival in the world.
With something like 60,000 fans expected this year, Ultra 2014 will be one of the biggest dance music festivals, and it’s no wonder why. With previous headliners like Armin Van Buuren, Aviici, Afrojack and Carl Cox, it makes sense that the biggest names, will draw the biggest crowds, at the biggest festivals.
Ultra festival is just that, Ultra. Everything is truly grandiose, turned all the way up to 11, and with fans equally as dedicated, it makes for one hell of an experience.

Taking place in the city of SPLIT (12th & 13th July) and the island of HVAR (14th July) for the very first time, ULTRA has confirmed to organize ULTRA EUROPE exclusively in Croatia for the next 5 years.
With over 60,000 revellers expected to descend upon Croatia for the debut annual summer event, ULTRA EUROPE will take place at the beautiful Poljud Stadium in SPLIT for days 1 & 2, while the 3rd and final day will see the event hop to the Hotel Amfora Grand Beach Resort on the stunning island of HVAR ? just a short ferry journey away. Besides being the only European edition of the world-renowned Ultra Festival next year, ULTRA EUROPE will also be one of the first major events of its kind in Croatia following the country?s expected entrance into the European Union on 1st of July 2013.
?Electronic music is one of the most popular and fastest growing musical genres in the world, and the Ultra Music Festival has been recognized as one of the leading festivals of that genre. Taking into consideration the developed scene in Croatia and the excellent reputation of Split and Hvar as top tourist destinations recognized in Europe and around the world, the decision to organize Ultra Europe in Croatia was easy to make. We strongly believe that electronic music fans are aware of what Ultra Music Festival represents and will come in great numbers to Split and Hvar this July.?, stated Russell Faibisch ? CEO of Ultra Enterprises.
Joe Basic, director of Adria MM Production ? the Croatian partner and co-organiser of the festival ? added:
?Ultra Europe Festival is undoubtedly one of the most important music events in 2013, not only in Croatia but in Europe. That is why we are very proud that we as local partners can give our support and host such a reputable event in Split and Hvar.
