ADULT DEPOSIT SCHEME
The deposit system is back up and running for 2012. The deposit scheme will allow you to spread the payment of the ticket(s) over 2 easy installments (£50 plus booking and then £85 per ticket), the balance payment must be completed by the 14th of May 2012. The payment link will be in your confirmation email of the deposit order. All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
AGE INFORMATION
Under 12s are allowed into the festival for free. However Glade Festival will not allow anyone between the ages of 13 and 17 years into the festival.
Photo ID will be requested if you look under 18.
CAMPERVAN PASSES
A Campervan pass allows access to the live-in vehicle field for one vehicle.
Everyone arriving in a Campervan must also be in possession of a festival ticket.
PA TICKETS FOR DISABLED CUSTOMERS
If you are deaf or disabled and require a full time assistant to attend the festival with you, you will be able to arrange a ticket for your PA in advance. We do ask that only those people that would be unable to attend the festival without the full time assistance of someone take advantage of this scheme.
TERMS OF ENTRY
Rights Of Admission Reserved. (R.O.A.R.)
All guests will be searched on entry and re-entry to the event. Any items which the organisers deem may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated.
No admission without a ticket or valid accreditation.
No readmission without wristband and barcoded section of ticket (to be used as a pass out)
No independent sound systems
No illegal substances
No weapons
No barbeques or meth stoves: gas camping stoves only. No single camping gas to be larger than 300g
No Nitrous Oxide canisters or dispensers
No Glass
No professional film, video or audio recording equipment is allowed on site without prior permission. This includes all cameras with a detachable zoom lens. All car parks and gate areas, and event area are included.
No spray paint
No fireworks, flares or pyrotechnic devices
No sky lanterns of any kind
No animals (other than registered guide or hearing dog)
Limited alcohol may be brought onto the site on first entry only- 12 cans of beer / larger / cider OR 6 cans and 1 bottle of wine (decanted into a plastic container)- NO spirits / hard liquor.
Persons suspected or deemed to be carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities and/or anti-social behaviour within the event area or on the Land owned by the Houghton Hall may be searched and/or evicted.
Persons who have gained access to the event area or the land owned by Houghton Hall without a valid ticket, permission, or other lawful authority to remain, or have gained access by fraudulent means, may be searched and will be evicted.
All visitors must be aware that this event takes place in an outdoor, rural location. Please bring appropriate footwear and clothing.
Participation in all activities on site is voluntary and is at your own risk.
Sound levels at this event may cause damage to hearing. Please bring ear defenders if you require them.
No audio or video recording of any kind without prior permission of the organisers.
No stalls or market sales without permission of the organisers.
All attendees give permission for themselves to appear on both audio and visual recording.
