Hi, I'm DJ sinaman A.K.A Dave Robinson from the northwest UK. Funky, techy and breaksy house is my game, your listening pleasure is my aim!
I began DJ'ing in winter 2001 with a set of budget CD decks and a basic mixer, drawing on my many years of UK clubbing experience to influence my mixing. My enthusiasm was fired and I was hooked. I quickly progressed to the DJ standard 1210's and vinyl became my format of choice. I added a Kaoss pad to my kit to add that extra something to my sound. I later added a loop sampler an re-introduced a CD deck for some experiments with loops and three-deck mixes.
My choice of music comes from a wide range of influences, covering the 80's and 90's rave scene through to the underground house scene of the northwest UK in the late 90's. If I think a track will move a crowd, in it goes. The best way to introduce myself would be by way of my latest DJ set, here on skiddle, enjoy.
